Description: Provision of Services Required for the Completion of the ADS 548 Technical Review Submission Templates
Qualified and interested firms may obtain an electronic copy of the RFQ with terms, conditions and specifications by making written request by email to Emily.Dreyer@tetratech.com. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Tetra Tech ARD, the implementing partner for USAID’s Land and Rural Development Program (LRDP), invites potential service providers to submit offers for the provision of services to complete ADS 548 Technical Review Submission Templates.
Offeror must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity to implement and manage this assignment.
It is Tetra Tech ARD’s intent to issue an award to the best value offeror(s). Both technical quality and cost will be considered.
The project implementation period is anticipated to be two years. ADS 548 Technical Reviews will be ordered throughout project implementation period via a Blanket Purchase Agreement with purchase orders issued on an as needed basis.
Offerors must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
Offers must be received no later than 5:00PM ET, Monday May 13, 2016.
