Description: Provision of written translation services

Qualified and interested firms may obtain an electronic copy of the RFQ with terms, conditions and specifications by making written request to the Procurement Dept. by email to virginiaspell@tetratech.com, with copy to Ed Harvey at Ed.Harvey@tetratech.com. Telephone requests will not be honored.

Tetra Tech ARD, the implementing partner for USAID’s West Africa Biodiversity and Climate Change Program (WA BiCC), invites potential service providers to indicate an interest in submitting offers for the provision of written translation services for project-related documents.

Offeror must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity to implement and manage this assignment.

It is Tetra Tech ARD’s intent to issue an award to the best value offeror. Both technical quality and cost will be considered.

The project implementation period is anticipated to be one year with option to extend May 2020. Written translation services are anticipated to be required through the life of project.

Offerors must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.

Offers must be received no later than 5:00PM ET, Monday March 28, 2016.
