DESCRIPTION: Southern Oil Company Weather Outage Prevention Request for Proposals 606200.01.005.15.121.RFP
Management Systems International (MSI), contracted by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) for the implementation of the Iraq Administrative Reform Program (Tarabot), seeks an internationally accredited marine training institution/academy or firm to conduct a recertification and rough weather “best practices” training of South Oil Company of Iraq /General Company for Ports of Iraq marine and loading operations.
