Telephone requests will not be honored.
On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit offers for technical assistance to support radio programming in Northeast Nigeria. Support will be in the form of broadcasting radio content on shortwave radio frequencies. This activity is implemented in cooperation with USAID and Government of Nigeria.
The selected contractor must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity, relevant past performance and financial resources to implement and manage this contract.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide equipment and services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
