Note:
Winrock International is soliciting bids from qualified firms in connection with the supply of street lighting systems for the EC-LEDS project in Zugdidi, Georgia. Bids will be accepted from U.S. and other eligible firms. Requests for bid packet and/or submissions of bids will be accepted in writing by Sophie Gengiuri, Winrock International Georgia, 7 I. Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi 0179 or by email to sgengiuri@winrock.org.
WI/EC-LEDS Program invites interested and eligible parties from specialized consortia, suppliers, and manufacturers to prepare bids. Eligible suppliers must have extensive experience in the manufacture, delivery, and maintenance of this equipment. The supplier shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by Winrock International. Interested and eligible suppliers wishing to participate in the bidding process should request a copy of the bid package and obtain further information from Ms. Sophie Gengiuri by email specified above.
Please note that all questions should be directed to Ms. Sophie Gengiuri by email no later than 5 PM, Monday, December 14, 2015. The Questions and Answers will be sent via e-mail to all of those bidders which requested bid packages and/or asked questions on December 15, 2015.

All equipment is subject to the Bureau of Industry and Security Export Compliance Regulations.
Offer Deadline:
If you are sending by postal mail your bid proposal should be submitted in sealed envelopes to Winrock International-HQ or Georgian offices, postmarked no later than 5 PM, Thursday, December 24, 2015 and should be valid for 3 months (90 calendar days). Electronic bids submitted via email will be accepted. Partial bids are not allowed. Bid proposals are confidential and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties.
