Expression of Interest/Request for Information (EOI/RFI) 606200.01.003.15.121.EOI
Management Systems International (MSI), contracted by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) for the implementation of the Iraq Administrative Reform Program (Tarabot), seeks an internationally accredited marine training institution/academy or firm to conduct a recertification and rough weather “best practices” training of South Oil Company of Iraq /General Company for Ports of Iraq marine and loading operations. In order to properly identify interested parties and to ensure the resulting solicitation is complete, MSI is requesting responses from interested firms along with any information firms would find useful in providing a proposal in response to the resulting solicitation.
The deadline for responses under EOI/RFI No. 606200.01.003.15.121.EOI is 7 December 2015.
