Notice of Issuance of a Request for Proposals for Computer and Air Conditioning Equipment
Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. announces the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following equipment:
IT equipment, including primary and secondary back-up systems, video conferencing systems, Gesell Domes, finger print readers, communications and wireless antenna, ¨Convergent Solution¨ configurations, security equipment for access to data center, personal, medium and high volume scanners, personal and high volume printers, desktop computers, CD/DVD duplicator, UPS for desk top computers, Central UPS, 8 KVA.
Air conditioning systems, 6 T and 12 T; air conditioners 24,000 BTU and 36,000 BTU.
Suppliers who are interested in responding to this request can find information on how to obtain the RFP on Checchi Consulting’s website, www.checchiconsulting.com.
Site visits will be required for potential vendors who intend to submit proposals for Gessell Chambers, Servers, Air Conditioning Units and Data Back-up Systems, which are scheduled during the week of October 12. Vendors must register to participate in these site visits, as indicated in the RFP, no later than October 8, 2015. Therefore, vendors are encouraged to request this RFP no later than October 5, 2015 in order to participate in the site visits.
The closing date and time to submit offers in Guatemala City, Guatemala is Friday, October 30, 2015, at 4:30 PM Guatemala time.
