A fundamental part of the Project has been the choice of receiving regional organizations of economic resources through the Fund for Promoting Trade and Agribusiness in Central America:
Once allocated these funds in order to directly benefit these organizations in the region, support to them becomes necessary, not only in the effective implementation of their budgets, but in the assessment of user satisfaction with the services provided
Objectives of the Assignment
Determine a clear and easy-to-interpret customer satisfaction score that can be compared over time (i.e. consumer satisfaction before and after the project’s technical assistance) .
1. Receive feedback on the grantees level of satisfaction with the services provided by the Local Technical Partners and umbrella organizations
2. Obtain feedback on the level of satisfaction from the grantees principal buyers (supermarkets and others) and get recommendations to improve the program.
3. Obtain feedback on the level of satisfaction from the trade facilitation grantees principal users and get recommendations to improve the program.

Deliverables
1. Written document in Spanish explaining the methodologies for research, sampling and scope.
2. Work plan and implementation schedule for each country.
3. Net Promoter Score survey templates. The templates must be approved by the project.
4. Training plan for surveyors to improve their understanding of the project and improve their ability to conduct surveys.
5. Additional questionnaires or surveys as needed to improve research.
6. Tabulation and analysis of the Net Promoter Surveys results and other statistical tools.
7. Final report, including recommendations to improve the overall satisfaction of the target group.
