Request for Applications (RFA) 605100.06.15.020.RFA
Management Systems International (MSI), a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) , seeks applications from qualified firms, registered in Lebanon, to design and deliver technical assistance to Lebanese municipalities/unions and civil society organizations, in order to improve their skills in organization development, financial management, information technology, disaster management, advocacy and outreach/communication at the local level.
The deadline for submitting applications under RFA No. 605100.06.15.020.RFA is 25 July 2015, and the deadline for submitting clarifying questions regarding the RFA is 29 June 2015.
