Services: The Vietnam Forests and Deltas Program is looking for a consulting firm to develop a plan to respond to Emergency situations for two reservoirs in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An Provinces.
Note:
Winrock International is soliciting bids from qualified firms do develop a plan to respond to emergency situations in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An; provide training on reservoir management skills and emergency response for dam owners, local authorities and people in the affected downstream areas. Bids will be accepted from U.S. and other eligible firms. Requests for bid packet will be accepted by Erin Watson at ewatson@winrock.org
WI/VFD invites interested and eligible parties from specialized consortia, suppliers, manufacturers, or subcontractors to prepare proposals. Eligible suppliers/subcontractors must have extensive experience. The supplier/subcontractor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by WI/VFD. Interested and eligible suppliers/subcontractors wishing to participate in the bidding process should request a copy of the information package and obtain further information from the address specified above.
All equipment is subject to the Bureau of Industry and Security Export Compliance Regulations.
