Request for Proposals (RFP) 609100.01.15.001.RFP
Management Systems International (MSI) is a key partner in the Improved Basic Education Services Project (IBESP), which is led by World Learning and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). IBESP combines crisis response and development to expand equitable access to education and improve learning outcomes for children.
This RFP seeks proposals from qualified firms, registered in Lebanon, to provide survey design/services, data collection, management an analysis.
