The USAID-funded NetHope Global Broadband and Innovations Alliance (GBI) requests quotes from qualified firms and individuals to provide the following equipment at prices net-Kingston, Jamaica: 50 pieces of 3-sectored base stations, 1 radio per sector, approximately 2500 CPE, and any other associated NMS/OMC hardware and software required to have a fully functional TVWS RAN network. All other IP core nodes and site equipment (cabinets, cables, routers, batteries, telemetry gear) and installation and commissioning services will be provided by another third party.

Please let us know your intent to participate by November 13, 2014.
The deadline for receipt of questions and/ or requests for clarifications is November 24, 2014, 10:00 am EST. No questions or requests will be accepted after this time and date.
Questions received prior to the deadline will be answered within 72 hours. Written responses to submitted questions/requests will be sent to email addresses provided by inquiring parties; oral instructions or explanations provided before the closing date of this solicitation will not be binding.
Response Submittal Requirements:
All quotes must be submitted according to specifications set forth in the RFQ and must be signed by an authorized representative of the vendor. Quotes must be typewritten and submitted by e-mail to: procurementgbi@nethope.org
Deadline to submit quote is December 8, 2014, 10:00 am EST. Corrections or resubmissions of the quote will not be sufficient reason to extend the deadline; no quotes submitted after this deadline will be accepted under any circumstances.
