Note:

Winrock International is soliciting bids from qualified firms in connection with the supply of vehicles for the Farmer to Farmer Project in Burma. Bids will be accepted from U.S. and other eligible firms. Submissions of bids will be accepted via email to Lana Pyburn, lpyburn@winrock.org

WI/FtF invites interested and eligible parties from specialized consortia, suppliers, manufacturers, or subcontractors to prepare proposals. Eligible suppliers/subcontractors must have extensive experience in the manufacture, delivery, and maintenance of vehicles for export. The supplier/subcontractor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by WI/FtF Interested and eligible suppliers/subcontractors wishing to participate in the bidding process should request a copy of the information packet and obtain further information from the address specified above.

All equipment is subject to the Bureau of Industry and Security Export Compliance Regulations.

Offer Deadline:

Bid proposals should be submitted to Winrock International-HQ office, no later than 5 PM, Wednesday, October 8, 2014 and should be valid for 3 months (90 calendar days). Bid proposals are confidential and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties.
