Note:
Winrock International is soliciting bids from qualified firms in connection with the supply of a weather station for the AEMIP program. Bids will be accepted from U.S. and other eligible firms. Requests for bid packet and/or submissions of bids will be accepted in writing by Lana Pyburn, Winrock International, 2101 Riverfront Drive, Little Rock, AR 72202 or by fax to 501.280.3090 or by email to lpyburn@winrock.org.
WI/AEMIP invites interested and eligible parties from specialized consortia, suppliers, manufacturers, or subcontractors to prepare proposals. Eligible suppliers/subcontractors must have extensive experience in the manufacture, delivery, and maintenance of weather stations for export. The supplier/subcontractor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by WI/AEMIP. Interested and eligible suppliers/subcontractors wishing to participate in the bidding process should request a copy of the information package and obtain further information from the address specified above.
All equipment is subject to the Bureau of Industry and Security Export Compliance Regulations.
Offer Deadline:
Bid proposals should be submitted to Winrock International-HQ office, no later than 5 PM Friday, May 23, 2014 and should be valid for 2 months (60 calendar days). Bid proposals are confidential and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties.
