Commodity: Provision for procurement, installation, integration, testing, and implementation of the Georgian magistrates’ school web-platform and web-site.
The East-West Management Institute (EWMI), on behalf of the Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to deliver, test, and install the judge candidate (“ listener”) and continuing legal education (CLE) web-platform and the magistrates’ school web-site (hereafter “Web-site/web-platform”) in the High School of Justice of Georgia (hereafter “HSOJ”) pursuant to the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). JILEP is an official program of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Cooperative Agreement No. AID-114-A-10-00008, and is being implemented in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia.
As part of its efforts to support improvement of the effectiveness, quality, fairness and transparency of the teaching at the High School of Justice of Georgia, JILEP desires to procure development of the Web-site/web-platform which should help HSOJ more effectively provide courses to the judicial listeners and sitting judges, improve the objectivity of their training evaluation processes, and increase the level of transparency of the activities of the HSOJ.
The bid deadline is: 31 December 2013, 16:00pm Tbilisi Time by electronic submission.

Firms are invited to submit offers in response to the RFP in accordance with its terms, and are responsible for ensuring that their offers, as well as any related questions and/or requests for clarification are received in accordance with the instructions stated therein.
