Abt Associates, Inc. (Abt) is contracted by USAID/Washington to conduct high quality Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) program in Benin, Ghana, Mali and Senegal. The purpose of this project is to achieve the Presidential Malaria Initiative (PMI) targets in Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) through implementation of a high quality IRS program, conducting comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the IRS program, and developing the national capacity to conduct IRS.
The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain bids for the supply of insecticide, for use in Benin, Ghana, Mali and Senegal
