Abt Associates, Inc. (Abt) is contracted to conduct a high quality Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) program in Nigeria. The purpose of this project is to achieve the Presidential Malaria Initiative (PMI) targets for malaria control.  These are to be achieved through implementation of a high quality IRS program, providing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the program, and in developing a national capacity to conduct IRS. 

The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain bids for the supply of two (2) dual cab/twin cab 4WD pickup trucks for project use, to be delivered at or near the town of Lafia, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.
