                And Amendment 1 dated Aug. 18, 2014 for SOUTH SUDAN

VESSEL MV LIBERTY GLORY – US FLAG GEARED BULK CARRIER

ON BEHALF OF USAID,  CHARTERER, BKA LOGISTICS IS PLEASED TO CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING FREIGHT AWARD

OWNERS:  LIBERTY GLORY CORPORATION

VESSEL:  MV LIBERTY GLORY

VESSEL FLAG: USA                          BUILT 2001.  GEARED BULK CARRIER   

Vessel ETA US Gulf September 11, 2014 WP/AGW/UCE.

CARGO:  Total 47,250 Metric Tons Bulk Sorghum plus empty bags.  As Full Cargo.

USAID intentions are to discharge 24,000 MT at Djibouti and 23,250 MT at Mombasa, Discharge port rotation would be Djibouti – Mombasa.

Empty bags to be transported freight free on the same vessel as the cargo of the Bulk Sorghum.                    

LAYDAYS: September 10-20, 2014.  Owner to provide 14 days Preadvice of Vessel Readiness to load.

LOAD PORT:       One Safe berth , One Safe Port US Gulf. No additional load port premiums will apply.

                                Intended load port is USGULF-HOUSTON- LDC.

LOADING TERMS:  Scale Load per Freight RFP.

DISCHARGE PORT(S):  One to two safe berths each at Charterer’s option, one to three safe ports at charterer’s option out of A) Mombasa, Kenya and or charterer’s option B) Djibouti, Djibouti and or charterer’s option C) Port Sudan, Sudan. USAID will declare discharge port(s) prior to vessel commencing loading. Intentions are to discharge 24,000 MT Bulk Sorghum with empty bags at Djibouti and 23,250 MT Bulk Sorghum with empty bags at Mombasa. 

DISCHARGING TERMS:  As Per RFP AC14-0175

FREIGHT RATE:

Ocean Transportation  Rate on 47,250 MT US$106.41 PMT basis load at one safe berth one safe port US Gulf  to discharge at 1 safe berth each 2 safe ports of Djibouti and Mombasa on Free Out  basis of 6,000 MT per day at Djibouti and 9,000 MT per day at GBHL Mombasa.

For each additional discharge berth used at Mombasa increase the base freight rate by Lump Sum US$30,000.00.

For each additional discharge berth used at Djibouti increase the base freight rate by Lump Sum US$30,000.00.

Demurrage/ Despatch at Load Port : US$30,000.00 PDPR / Half Despatch.

Demurrage/ Despatch at Djibouti : US$30,000.00 PDPR / Half Despatch

Demurrage/ Despatch at Mombasa : US$30,000.00 PDPR / Half Despatch

Demurrage/ Despatch at Port Sudan : US$30,000.00 PDPR / Half Despatch

 Otherwise all other terms and conditions as per USAID Freight RFP AC14-0175 dated Aug 14, 2014 and Amendment 1 dated August 18, 2014 and USAID Vessel Load/BT Discharge Proforma Charter Party
