On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals for the Distribution of Educational Materials to support a USAID project in Mozambique. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID and the Government of Mozambique.
Offerors must demonstrate capacity to supply services to Nampula and Quelimane regions in Mozambique, must provide professional references and relevant past performance and demonstrate financial resources to implement and manage this award.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
