Tetra Tech ES, Inc. (Tetra Tech) is the prime contractor under the USAID funded ‘Development of Regional Energy Markets (D-REM) in Europe and Eurasia (E&E) Program, AID-OAA-I-13-00019/AID-OAA-TO-17-00017’. Tetra Tech is tasked with promoting the use of energy management systems (EMS) and practices in industrial facilities in the Western Balkans, specifically - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
With this notice Tetra Tech is soliciting the interest of U.S. vendors in introducing energy management systems and practices in industrial facilities throughout Western Balkans. Preferably, qualified vendors will have access to potential EMS clients/markets in the focus countries.
