Tetra Tech ES, Inc. is the prime implementer under USAID funded Contract No. AID-OAA-TO-17-00017.Under this specific RFP Tetra Tech ES, Inc. (Tetra Tech) is seeking: a quotation for a qualified vendor to provide a quote for six vehicles for a period of 15 months in Albania. The winning vendor must demonstrate experience in transport services and present the best value.
