On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of project vehicles to Ethiopia to support a USAID project in Ethiopia. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID and the Government of Ethiopia.
Offerors must demonstrate capacity to supply and deliver goods to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, must provide professional references and relevant past performance and demonstrate financial resources to implement and manage this award.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
