Pact Inc. is soliciting bids from qualified firms for the development of and follow-on support for information management software for a Government of Ethiopia Early Warning and Rapid Response System.
Firms may obtain an electronic copy of the RFP including terms, conditions, and specifications by visiting http://www.pactworld.org/procurement. Applicants should submit their hard and soft copy proposals by August 17, 2018:
- Hard copy submissions should be delivered in separate sealed envelopes, one containing only the financial proposal and the second containing the technical proposal and all other supporting documentation. Delivery of both should be to:
