Procurement of 2 (Two) Meter Test Benches

The purpose of this solicitation is to support PATRP’s activities in Ethiopia. In Ethiopia, Tetra Tech is providing technical assistance to the Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU). Currently EEU is the only distributor of electricity in Ethiopia. The activity is principally performed by a team of field management professionals, to help demonstrate loss reduction strategies, as well as other improvements (e.g., customer enumeration, improved business processes, improved revenue management and revenue protection practices, staff training), to allow for improved ways of managing the business to be rolled out throughout the organization. As part of this assistance, Tetra Tech is also providing some commodity support to complement and facilitate the implementation of the commercial field-based reforms. To this end, Tetra Tech is now looking to procure 2 (two) no. fully automated Meter Test Benches for testing single phase and three phase energy meters for the EEU meter workshop.
