On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals for services relating to International Exposure Trips (IETs) for Sr. Management of Ministry of Education (MoE) Afghanistan. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.

It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.

 

Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
