Pact Inc. is soliciting bids from qualified firms in connection with the supply of tablets for the USAID Kizazi Kipya project in Tanzania.

It is Pact’s intent to award a contract to the lowest price technically acceptable, based on technical specifications and other criteria in the RFQ.
