On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals for services relating to developing the lexicon and reference terms related to Radicalization and Violent Extremism in the G5 Sahel region which comprises, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad, Cameroon and Mauritania. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
