On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals for services relating to influence mapping, supporting the PAIC project in Cameroon. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
