On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals with an assessment approach which investigates how Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), can be adapted to advance Creative Associate’s crime and violence prevention work in El Salvador.  This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.

 

Offerors must demonstrate experience and capacity to conduct the requested assessment, must provide professional references and relevant past performance and demonstrate financial resources to implement and manage this award.

 

It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.    

 

Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
