Management Systems International (MSI) is providing monitoring & evaluation support to USAID/Colombia under the “Evaluation and Analysis for Learning” (EVAL) contract. MSI seeks proposals from U.S. small businesses to support the mid-term performance evaluation of the Colombia Human Rights Activity (HRA) project.
