The USAID/Jordan Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP) seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct a training course in Amman, Jordan on Most Significant Change (MSC) for USAID staff and implementing partners.

The deadline for submitting proposals under this RFP is October 23, 2017 and the deadline for submitting clarifying questions regarding the RFP is October 16, 2017.
