On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals for the above referenced work to support a USAID project in Nigeria.  This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID and the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

 

Offerors must demonstrate capacity to provide services in northeast Nigeria, must provide professional references and relevant past performance and demonstrate financial resources to implement and manage this award.

 

It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.    

 

Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
