Tetra Tech ES, Inc. is the prime implementer for USAID’s Power Africa Transactions Reform Program (PATRP). The objective of this procurement is to select an advisory firm to support the Government of Nigeria, in coordination with the existing PATRP team that is tasked with assisting the Honorable Minister of Petroleum Resources, the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, the Nigeria Gas Flare Commercialization Program (NGFCP) Steering Committee, and program Implementation Team with successful implementation of the NGFCP.
