Management Systems International (MSI), contracted by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) for the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP) seeks quotations/proposals for the provision of risk management services (i.e. overseeing the project’s security posture for its compound in Juba, South Sudan as well as coordinating protection for staff while travelling within country.  A copy of the RFQ can be obtained as of 10 July 2017 by emailing jfreer@msi-inc.com.  The deadline for submitting quotations/proposals under RFQ No. 607300.01.17.026 is July 21, 2017 and the deadline for submitting clarifying questions regarding the RFQ is July 13 2017.
