On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of Scholastic Materials to support a USAID project in Nigeria.  This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.

Interested contractors must demonstrate capability to deliver items to northern Nigeria.  Capability will be based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity, relevant past performance and financial resources to implement and manage this contract.

It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.    

Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
