Expression of Interest

Deadline:                      5PM EDT, April 25, 2017

The USAID Rapid Feedback, Monitoring, Evaluating, and Learning (RF MERL) project  invites Expressions of Interest from qualified survey firms with experience in conducting household surveys to undertake a either a baseline and endline survey or only a baseline survey of households in Battambang Province, Cambodia. The purpose of the survey(s) is to collect information on household demographics, risk factors for family-child separation, and perceptions of Residential Care Institutions (RCIs). The objective of this solicitation is to develop a short list of qualified survey firms for the household survey.

Shortlisted companies will be selected after which a detailed scope of work will be provided to them to develop a full technical and cost proposal.

The expression of interest in PDF format should be received at Abigail_Conrad@abtassoc.com no later than April 25, 2017 COB.
