Telephone requests will not be honored.
On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of scholastic materials to support a USAID project in Nigeria. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.
Offerors must demonstrate capacity to supply and deliver scholastic materials to a single field office in Bauchi, Nigeria, must provide professional references and relevant past performance and demonstrate financial resources to implement and manage this award.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
