On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals for the provision of an early grade reading assessment to support a USAID project in Afghanistan.  This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.

 

Offerors must demonstrate capacity to provide services in Afghanistan, must provide professional references and relevant past performance and demonstrate financial resources to implement and manage this award.

 

It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.    

 

Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
