On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit pre-qualification documents for an upcoming RFP for baseline, mid-term and impact assessment of NERI’s programming related to economic development and livelihoods in Nigeria. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
