Telephone requests will not be honored.
On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit quotations for the provision of security services to support a USAID/OTI project in Cameroon. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID/OTI.
Offerors must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity, relevant past performance and financial resources to implement and manage this contract.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
