Management Systems International (MSI), contracted by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) for the implementation of the Promoting Justice (PROJUST) Project seeks proposals for the identification, negotiation and management of potential private sector alliances with Mexican justice sector institutions at the state and federal levels to support the new criminal justice system in Mexico.
