Offers for the supply of the Tablets S2 must include the cost of shipment of the goods by U.S. flag air freight to Kabul, Afghanistan.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
The anticipated implementation period is December 2016, starting from the official start date of the contract. The warranty and maintenance period is for one (1) year.
