Qualified and interested firms may obtain an electronic copy of the RFQ including terms, conditions, and specifications when it is issued by making written request to the email address ProcurementHQ@CreativeDC.com and by referencing “RFQ-CFYR-003” or “Start-Up IT Equipment for Eastern Caribbean”. Vendors should indicate if they are interested in bidding on RFQs for delivery to St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Guyana, or any combination thereof. Telephone requests will not be honored.
On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit quotations for information technology (IT) equipment to support a USAID project in the Eastern Caribbean. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID.
Offerors must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity, relevant past performance and financial resources to implement and manage this contract.
It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.
Firms making offers to provide equipment and services must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
