JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI), is soliciting quotations under the Request for Quotation Number: 16-001 to supply the following:

  • An estimated nine (9) 4X4 7-seater station wagons

These items are being purchased for the USAID Community Capacity for Health program, which is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal Financial Rules and Regulations Federal 2CFR200 and 2CFR700.

The 5-year, USAID Community Capacity for Health Program was launched on June 6, 2016. The Community Capacity for Health program will contribute to the Government of Madagascar (GOM) plan to reduce maternal, child and newborn mortality and morbidity through improved community health services and the systems that support them. The program will assist the GOM especially at the regional, district, commune and fokontany levels to make improvements in the areas namely in community health, local governance, emergency transport in remote regions, community engagement, communications and behavior change, health systems strengthening, and technical areas such as family planning, nutrition, maternal and child health, and community hygiene.

The authorized USAID Geographic Code for the USAID Community Capacity for Health Program is 937.
