East West Management Institute Inc., (EWMI) implementing the Improved Court Performance Project (ICPP)/Justice for All Project in Albania under contract from USAID, is soliciting quotations from qualified offerors for the supply of 1 (one) Sports Utility Vehicle 2017 Ford Escape SE FWD or similar, project vehicle for use in Albania.
Offers for the supply of the vehicle must be in US Dollars and be inclusive of the cost of shipment of the vehicle to Tirana, Albania. It is EWMI’s intent to issue an award to the best value offeror(s).
Offerors must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. Please note that this solicitation is restricted to Small Business Concerns as defined by the Small Business Act. Offerors must certify their respective Small Business status as set out in FAR 52.219-1.
