On behalf of USAID, Tetra Tech invites firms to submit grant applications that will build on existing analyses and summarize experience with LPG promotions from other countries in sub-Saharan Africa to understand what has worked, what did not work, and the influence of contextual variables in addressing the common market barriers to LPG adoption. 

 

Organizations must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity, relevant past performance and financial resources to implement and manage this grant. 

 

Organizations making offers to provide the requested goods must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
