On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit offers for technical assistance to support the supply and delivery of project vehicles to the Eastern Caribbean, which is a project implemented in cooperation with USAID and Governments of Saint Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis and Guyana.

 

Contractors must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity, relevant past performance and financial resources to implement and manage this contract.

 

It is Creative’s intent to award a contract to the best-value offeror.    

 

Firms making offers to provide the requested goods must be eligible suppliers in accordance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
