REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) -
Liberia Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Equipment
The NetHope Global Broadband Innovations Alliance (hereinafter NetHope or GBI) requests quotes from qualified firms and individuals to provide the following equipment for radio frequency (RF) spectrum monitoring equipment to be used by the Liberian national telecommunications regulatory authority (LTA).

Please let us know your intent to participate by July 18, 2016.
The deadline for receipt of questions and/ or requests for clarifications is July 22, 2016, 10:00 am EST. No questions or requests will be accepted after this time and date.
Questions received prior to the deadline will be answered within 72 hours. Written responses to submitted questions/requests will be placed on NetHope web site, oral instructions or explanations provided before the closing date of this solicitation will not be binding.
Response Submittal Requirements:
All quotes must be submitted according to specifications set forth in the RFQ and must be signed by an authorized representative of the vendor. Quotes must be typewritten and submitted by e-mail to: procurementgbi@nethope.org
Deadline to submit quote is July 29, 2016, 17:00 am EST. Corrections or resubmissions of the quote will not be sufficient reason to extend the deadline; no quotes submitted after this deadline will be accepted under any circumstances.
